About Imagine Early Learning & Childcare:
Imagine Early Learning is a small network of six centres in Newcastle and Lake Macquarie regions. It was founded by its early childhood-trained owner, who takes pride in being involved in the centre’s day-to-day workings and getting to know her team and their stories. We always aim to have more staff than the minimum requirements to ensure our team is always well-supported.
At Imagine, we understand the complexities of balancing work-home commitments and endeavour to support staff in achieving this balance as much as possible. Fostering a harmonious, positive workplace culture is paramount at Imagine, and we believe that this is one of the things that makes us so special. We take pride in supporting our educators on their professional journey. We encourage our people to advance in their careers should they wish to do so and to deliver high-quality care and education to our little learners.
We are a forward-thinking organisation with a strong focus on environmental sustainability, inquiry-based learning, creativity and managed ‘risky’ play opportunities. Dedicated educators who are passionate about helping children to learn and grow, are integral to our mission of providing excellence in care and education. We also understand the complexities of balancing work-home commitments and endeavour to support staff to achieve this balance as much as possible.
